Tips for tooth Sensitivity Use desensitize toothpaste If you're having a difficult time eating or drinking anything cold, it's possible that your teeth are sensitive. There are many ways to reduce tooth sensitivity and one of them is by using desensitizing toothpaste. If this isn't the cause, then you may have an infection in your gums or teeth.
